Hair Fried??

The under layer of my hair is fried.

Now that its summer, I only straighten my hair

once a week, max. And I got my hair cut a couple

week ago, so all the split ends are off.

But, when I do straighten it, the top layer (that you see the most) is really healthy,

but. .the bottom layer (underneath) doesn't look

so healthy. .it just looks frizzy.

What should I do? Any good inexpensive products that WORK?! Is anybody elses hair like this?

Thanks :]

Hair Fried??

Sunsilk products are great...try the pink one (Hydra TLC).

You could also try Pantene Pro-V Restoratives Time Renewal collection. It's supposed to fix 2 years of damage in 1 month.

Hair Fried??

OMG! I wish I had a pic of mine b/c I am going through the EXACT same thing.

What I decided to do since I had such a rude awakening... Is use a heat protectant before straightening. It has all ready started to help. For temporary results, I use a anti frizz serum and believe me, My hair looks hydrated and repaired!

Hope it works as well on you as me! Good luck!

Hair Fried??

Use Olive oil on the under layer of your hair, put it on the dry hair, then turn on your hair dryer and warm the hair with the oil on it, that will help the oil slide under the cuticle, and plump up the hair. When you wash it out, put shampoo on your hand, wet it, put it on your hair before you add water on your hair.

put conditioner on the underside of your hair as well as on top. My hair just frizzes for no apparent reason, and only really looks good right before I need to get it cut. In fact the minute someone tells me my hair looks good, I make the appointment, that is the kiss of death!

Hair Fried??

the place i buy my hair stuff at told me to take a shower like normal, but instead of washing out the conditioner leave it in for 20mins. or more, and it will repair your hair.

Hair Fried??

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
