How can i get emo hair?

i cant color my hair, it cant be too extreme, and i have a problem b/c of the fact that my hair is really flat, so even w/ all the layers in my hair...it still looks all prep....help me...PLEEZY!!!

well, i can answer this for i have that sort of 'emo hair'

i started by just letting it grow a bit

...you gotta straighten your hair so it will look better

just like mess it up without anything in it so it goes all spikey or whatever up the back...and grow your sides a bit longer than the rest if you are not aloud to grow your fringe...then if you want use a little bit of hair spray to keep it there.

just do stuff like that untill you can grow your fringe if you want one

by the time that is grown you would have done your hair so much that you will know exactly what to do.

if your fringe is really short at the moment don't try and force it to the side...that will make it have a weird wavey look....just have it going straight down over your eyes or something

DON'T USE GEL!!!!!

it will make it all greesey and yuck and it will come apart and not go into the look you want....and try to avoid washing your hair too
