The average hair grows one inch every two to three weeks, mine is over twice as fast, and my moms grows about an inch a year- no joke! SO measure it and let it grow for a couple weeks and measure it again, remember it is an average...Good Luck!

Well if your wanting to grow it out make sure you do not blow dry it, chemically treat it, dont use hot irons on it, and dont damage it. try to braid it alot. Try not to wash it every day and use good shampoos. It will take a good while. You have to be patient. Get some hair vitamins too! Hope I helped!
