I'm Julia (the one on the right). Right now I have bra-strap length hair that is layered, with a side-fringe and medium-length layers.

How should I cut my hair ?

Or should I grow it ?

If so, how ?

I'm not sure of my face-shape ...

You have a heart shaped face,try to get it cut

anywhere from a chin length bob w/ side swep bangs

at the shortest or just get anywhere from 3"-3 1/2 " off

Then get a semi-perminet color,and make sure it's

either a shade or two shades lighter or darker.

If that's not enough try and get either high-lights

or lo-lights after you've had that for about a week,

and make sure they'll be for you hair color range.
