first bleach your hair then put some in ponytail and the top layer dye black just be care full not to get it on the rest of your hair and if you have or wrap the part you want to stay blonde in tin fiol(to protect) then dye your hair black well atleast the area if your not satisfied then just go to a professional to do some touch up
