i dyed my hair twice in 1 day...and ended up with the top layer of my hair like rubber...it braeks every tym i wash if it feels liek nylon...i cant evn get a haircut 2 fix it...because i have many layers layers and long hair and only the top shortest layer has been affected...iv just been discuising this by using tonns of conditioner...plz HELP!
