What steps should I take to dye my hair effectively? (more details)?

Natural hair color: dark brown

Current color: dark-reddish brown

I want to add in some random streaks of blonde (using bleach), it'll probably be a more orangey color but I don't care. And I want to add in black in the most under-layer.

Basically, it will be black underneath, then some blonde in the middle layer, then my dyed reddish-brown hair on top? my hair has random lengths of layers too so you'll be able to see it all pop out...

SO, what steps should I take. like do black first, blonde first?

if there's any other cool ideas, shout 'em out. thanks!

I was also thinking of dying the top layer of my hair to my natural hair color just to avoid redying roots, but then again. I'm lazy and like the red so... yeah.

To be honest i really think you need to go to a salon to do all of what u want. That way u wont mess up ur hair or damage it. It could fall out if u put to may cemicals in it. Hair salons can tell u also if u can do this to ur hair at one time. Sounds great what u want to do. if and when u do it post ur pic so ppl can see how it turns out.
