i end up looking really scene/emo girl which i dont want to but it happens when i straighten my hair cause my hair are really layered and i have bangs but they look good on me but i dont like when people say emo and when i dont straighten my hair they end up looking really puffy and i end up feeling ugly what should i do?

im not emo/scene and not even into scene/emo boys or anything related to emo/scene stuff i actually despite them

i think you could maybe style it differently, not just straighten your hair, maybe mold (use gel, mousse hair spray) into a different style. Or you could get a different hair cut next time. good luck 閳?br>IF i straighten my hair..?!?

if you don't act scene/emo, people probably won't think you are scene/emo...it's not just looks it is actions as well.

well labels really suck so just don't care i know thats had but its what you need to do i dress preppy but i'm not...so its you r personality by what sterotype you are in not the way you wear your hair

i am in the same situation as you buy my hair is asian scene, which is good considering the fact that i am asian. what i do is straighten my hair and i then add body to the top layers without making it look like a mullet by using putty (or any other product, just not wax) and giving it volume. if you dont dress emo/scene people wont put you under that genre. the thing is though, that alot of people have scene hair now... its just the new trend.

i would do what makes you feel good and confident and beautiful.
