How to make hair grow faster?

My hair right now is about shoulder length, it isnt very long and it has layers in it. I straighten my hair 4-5 times a week. I want to grow it put long so i wont have to straighten it as much. The reason i straighten it so much is because i have layers and my hair looks really bad if it is not straightened. On weekends i do nothing to my hair and give it a break.

Is there any products or anything i can do to make it grow faster and healthy?
