Try to braid it!
You could try to put a gentle relaxer on it but braiding takes a long time but is definitly worth it. Detangler helps to. Since she hates getting her hair done try to bribe her, if you sit still I will give you this, or braid her hair when she is watching tv. Do her hair in short blocks of time so she doesnt get bored. Good Luck!

you have to untangle her hair right after her bath wether she likes it or not. i use the untangle spray for kids from loreal works good for my 1 1/ 2 year old. adn also you can add a bit just a tiny drop of serum so it wont tangle up as much

Condition her hair for about 10 minutes, rinse, and spray in a good detangler (use more on the curlier areas). Part her hair with a wide tooth comb, and if it needs additional shine, use spray on sheen or Pink Lotion. At this point you can braid, blow dry or add mousse to play up her curls. Since she has varying hair textures, you may want to experiment with a variety of products until you figure out what works best on her hair.
Good luck!
