Hair advice?

ok well. idk what to do with my hair.

i know im getting purple underneath just a little thoug. like im sticking with that. but im not sure if i should cut my hair like a little longer than like chin length or not. i mean it's now a little bit longer than my shoulders. but like i have pics of myself where my hair looks short and it looks good. i have like no layers.

would like cool layers make my hair look better or should i cut it shorter. i was told guys don't like girls who cut they're hair short, as much as girls that have long hair. is that true??

plus i have a really round face. like im not fat. but my head shape is round. kind of squareish like.

plus im like 15 and i want like a sexy nice haircut.

don't cut your hair. unless you really really really think it will be awesome. I am so regretting my decison to cut my hair, guys liked it so much better, I can' t wait until it grows out again.
