i have past-the-shoulder length hair with layers. i am a little tired of them and want it all the same length. i am going for small-of-back length, but i'd like it rather quick. any good suggestions? p.s. i heard that massaging your scalp for 3 minutes a day makes it grow, but does that actually work? thanks.
