Should I dye my hair MYSELF or go to a salon?

I want to streak my bangs and the under-layer of my hair hot pink.

I'm always nervous to dye my hair myself...is it best to get it done in a salon? Or is it simple enough to do at home?

its better to dye it in a hair salon. because if you mess up, youll be going there anyway to fix it. and they will tell you how to take care of it etc.

I've always dyed my hair myself. So I would say do it at home. Just bleach the hair your dyeing (streaks, and the under layer), wait overnight, and tie up th top of your hair, and dye the underlayer, and put the streaks in your bangs. It's quite simple to streak and two tone, although I've never done it at once. Hope this helps. I'm all about DIY life-ing.

do it at a salon....depending on ur hair colour it will always last longer from a salong (not that pink lasts long ne waiz) but it will also be better looking where as when u do it urself...it can get blotchy...get it done its easier and it'll be more precise to the look u are looking for...it may cost extra but it depends on how badly u want it i guess

well, the advantages if u do it on ur own, is that u can do watever u want! nd, if u mess up, the hairstylist can always fix it 4 u!!! i have done it on my own, BUT i ALWAYS GET TIPS FROM MY HAIRSTYLIST FIRST!!! =] i hope it helps you!!!!!
